Overseas purchasing manager

Job responsibilities:
1. Cooperation and procurement of overseas operators /IDC resources;
2. Maintained and expanded relations with overseas suppliers;
3. Purchase contract terms and commercial price negotiation;
4. Procurement contract performance and delivery monitoring.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer and communication engineering is preferred;
2. More than 2 years working experience, overseas working experience is preferred;
3. Basic knowledge of Internet or communication network; familiar with CDN products is preferred;
4. Strong learning ability, able to quickly understand products and solutions;
5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to work as a working language;
6. Can accept multiple business trips, usually within 2 weeks for a single business trip, and the total time of business trips every year is no more than 3 months.

 

Requirements for B job responsibilities:
1. According to the monthly performance target of this category, reasonably complete the commodity procurement target, coordinate suppliers' capacity and adjustment, and meet the company's sales target demand;
2. Reasonably control the cost of this category of products, ensure the company's cost advantage, and achieve the gross profit target of this category;
3. Develop new suppliers according to actual business requirements, submit to the company for review and follow up the access process; Cooperate with purchasing manager to achieve the annual purchasing target of suppliers and copy the exclusive production line of brand creation;
4. Completed the monthly procurement target plan for new products; Formulate and implement bidding plans for key procurement projects;
5. Cooperate with the quality department to implement our quality standards, deal with abnormal quality problems, and coordinate with suppliers to follow up the implementation results in time;
6. According to the loading band of new products, make supplier return plan, monitor product production cycle, and ensure the accuracy of product delivery;
7. According to the monthly procurement budget of the company, assessed the purchase amount of goods and made Suggestions for revision and adjustment, implemented the procurement plan, achieved the procurement target and improved the utilization rate of funds.

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, fluent in spoken English, major in purchasing/supply chain management is preferred.
2. Familiar with all operational links of commodity procurement/supply chain management, with knowledge and skills of supply chain management, such as proficient in three or more skills, such as order/plan/purchase/commodity/quality/data analysis, will be preferred;
3. Familiar with the procurement market of different categories/industries at home and abroad, have certain experience in supplier development, negotiation, evaluation and assessment; Able to develop and negotiate with suppliers independently;
4. Independently analyze the cost of products of this category to ensure the cost advantage of the company, complete the gross profit target of this category, and get familiar with the production process and manufacturing process of products;
5. Good communication skills and negotiation skills, strong execution;
6. Familiar with market retail trends and consulting information, with chain retail/fashion department/trading/e-commerce industry, FMCG procurement/supply chain management experience is preferred
7. Able to travel overseas
